Print the form and mail the completed form and check, if required, to the Republic Township Office, PO Box 338, Republic, Michigan 49879-0338. You may also deliver the completed form and check in person to the township office at 279 Kloman Ave., Republic, Mi. during regular business hours.

Conditional use
You have some land and you want to do something on it that is not covered by the Zoning for that land. Read to following definition of Conditional Use. If any part or phrase applies to you, click on Conditional Use above to view and print the form. Mileage Reimbursement Request

Principal Residence Exemption
Completion of this affidavit constitutes a claim for a Homeowner's Principal Residence Exemption when filed with the local assessor of the city or township where the property is located.

Rescind Principal Residence Exemption
This form enables people who are selling or converting their home to another use to rescind their exemption. It also enables people to change the percentage that they occupy as their principal residence.

Property Transfer
The Property Transfer Affidavit form must be filed whenever real estate or some types of personal property are transferred (even if you are not recording a deed).
It is used by the assessor to ensure the property is assessed properly and receives the correct taxable value. It must be filed by the
